Melt was formed in 1993 by Lee Hamway and Joey Mizrahi with Ralph Hanan joining on drums in 1995. The band released 2 EPs and a full album before going on hiatus in 1999. When the pandemic hit in 2020, the band used its time to begin writing again. New music was released in 2021. Due to the overwhelming reaction it was followed by a triumphant reunion show in 2023. Look out for new recordings and live shows in your area.
