About Mishima
Mishima és una banda nascuda a Barcelona el 1999, formada per David Carabén (veu i guitarra), Marc Lloret (teclats), Dani Vega (guitarres), Xavi Caparrós (baix) i Alfons Serra (bateria). Aquests dos últims van substituir Dani Acedo i Oscar D’Aniello, respectivament, l'any 2010.
"Lipstick Traces" (2000), "The Fall of Public Man" (2003) i "Trucar a casa, recollir les fotos, pagar la multa" (2005) van definir les bases en la manera de fer cançons de Mishima, on hi destacaven les lletres de David Carabén.
La producció de Paco Loco va ser clau en el creixement de la banda, treballant plegats a "Set tota la vida" (2007), "Ordre i aventura" (2010) i "L'amor feliç" (2012).
El 2014 van decidir fer un canvi i viatjar a l’oest de França per enregistrar "L'ànsia que cura" junt a Peter Deimel a Studio Black Box, amb qui van repetir a "Ara i res" (2017).
A Ara i aquí” (2019), Mishima celebren el 20è aniversari sobre els escenaris.
"L'aigua clara" s'edita el 22 d'abril del 2022. És un cant a la vida que no aparta la mirada davant dels seus abismes. S’obre amb "El gran lladre", on sentim, com si fos la síntesi del nou repertori: “Una altra cançó d’amor d’algú que mai n’ha sabut treure l’aigua clara”.
