Michael W. Smith has been releasing new music regularly and performing around the world to sold out crowds for the last 40+ years. During his storied career, he's written and recorded over 36 No. 1 songs, been bestowed with three GRAMMY® Awards, 45+ Dove Awards, one American Music Award, was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame and has sold more than 15 million albums. More than just an outstanding songwriter and performer, Smith has given back to the global community throughout his career. He has raised funds to battle AIDS in Africa, started Rocketown, a safe haven for young people in Tennessee to meet and find hope; and has helped more than 70,000 children through Compassion International.

The music part of this was excellent. I especially loved the bagpipes. We just were expecting more worship music vs entertainment. But it seemed that the audience knew that this wasn’t the expectation. I love his old music and had hoped to hear more of it. But all in all for a secular concert with a mention of Jesus, it was well done. Like I said, the music and talent was perfect.
The Plaza Live Orlando, FLWe adore Michael W. Smith. We went to the show to see him. We have seen him many times but, not in about 10 years. Our whole family went. He was wonderful but, he sang many medleys of his hits, (shortened versions) and sang only very few of his hits in their entirety. It was too short of a time with him. That part was very disappointing.
The Great Auditorium Ocean Grove, NJIt was a good show, but the venue wasnt my favorite. Entrance was a little crammed up waiting for the show to start. When we got inside the theatre the seats were very tight. You were elbow to elbow with the person next to you. Michael did his usual routine. Wish he would have done something a little different. All in all Michael sounded great.
Capitol Theatre Clearwater, FLI've been to number of awesome MWS concerts, and this one was no exception. The Church was packed. The event was sold out, and they had to set up extra chairs to seat everyone. The only segment my friend and I didn't enjoy as much was the very loud segment featuring his older, more rock style music. The worship music though was totally awesome!
First Church of Pearland Pearland, TXDie Künstler waren TOP!!! 1A!!! Sie brachten sehr viele Stücke. Tolle Leistung. War das Geld wert. Schade, dass die Festhalle nicht so professionell ausgestattet war. Für solche Konzerte benötigt man anderes Kaliber an Musikboxen. Das Soundsystem war akzeptabel, jedoch kann man noch an der Akkustik vieles optimieren. Es war auch überfüllt. Zu viele Leute... nur Stehplätze... sehr heiss etc. Hatte aber trotzdem Spass und bin froh, dabei gewesen zu sein.
