About MISSIO
Matthew Brue (Vocalist/Multi-Instrumentalist/Producer) & David Butler (Engineer/Multi-Instrumentalist/Producer) released their debut album, ‘Loner,’ via RCA Records in May of 2017. The genre-bending & eclectically dark duo from Austin, TX quickly landed a global radio hit with their first single ‘Middle Fingers’ debuting on Conan O’Brien’s late night show & reaching #9 on the Billboard Alternative Charts. As a result of their early success, the duo has since released four full length album’s garnering more than six #1’s on Sirius X.M. Alt-Nation with songs like ‘I See You,’ ‘Bottom of the Deep Blue Sea,’ & ‘Underground.’ MISSIO has partnered with global commercial brands such as Shiseido, Summer’s Eve, & Armani, celebrated over 1 billion global streams, & awarded an R.I.A.A. certified Gold Record for ‘Everybody Gets High.’
MISSIO has toured both Domestically & Internationally headlining in Europe, Russia, and Mexico playing festivals such as Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Rock For People, Firefly, Hangout, Corona Capital etc. They have toured with MUSE, 30 Seconds To Mars, Yungblud, K.Flay, Nothing But Thieves, & many more.

2nd time I've seen Missio it was awesome both times. First time I saw them they were the opening act. Glad they went on tour again. Great energy and sound was perfect. Also the various instruments used is pretty awesome.

Phenomenal show, Crescent Ballroom is such an intimate venue, amazing how close you can get to the band! These guys are so high energy! Also, talked about life during Covid. Super relatable to the audience.

So fun!! They were entertaining, involved and able to connect with them! The sound was phenomenal and the lighting was super fun. The only drawback was the heat in the venue.. we were all sweating our brains out.
