Nella Tour Dates and Upcoming Concerts

NELLA IS A NEW VOICE HAILING FROM THE VENEZUELAN ISLAND OF MARGARITA. A Berklee College of Music graduate -where she shone as a soloist in her own right-, her music is a meeting place for her country’s folklore roots, the influence of her contemporaries, and the music of the Andalusian region. Above all, she is a handful of songs that she sings with her bare soul. She is currently introducing her project -comprised of music and production by Javier Limón- that has already been signed by IMG/Casa Limón Records. Her album will be published on 2018 and will be distributed worldwide through The Orchard. More recently, Nella was asked to join the stellar cast of Oscar Award winner Asghar Farhadi’s new movie which includes Javier Bardem, Ricardo Darín and Penélople Cruz. In the movie, she sings songs written by Limón exclusively for the screenplay. During her 2018 tour, she will present a repertoire that will include the songs featured in Farhadi’s movie, as well as Venezuelan folk songs and some of her own compositions. She will be seen with her trio in stages across the US, Latin America and Europe. During her first month in NYC Nella had her first concert as part of Casa Limón's New York Week resulting in a sold out show accompanied by members of the Paco de Lucia Project, featuring Piraña, Antonio Sánchez, and Antonio Serrano. As a soloist, Nella has performed with artists such as Alejandro Sanz, Jennifer Lopez, Carlos Vives, Luis Enrique, Susana Baca, Los Amigos Invisibles, Monsieur Periné, Caramelos de Cianuro and Guaco.
