Since its inception in 1995, innovation and creativity have defined Ozomatli. Hailing from Los Angeles, the group found a way to represent the city’s eclectic culture through music that appeals to the local community and the world beyond. Ozomatli’s success is exemplified in an impressive variety of genres from classic to modern Latino, urban, hip-hop and other world styles. The “Dioses del Baile,” or “Gods of Dance,” have created one of the most exciting, captivating and flat-out fun live shows touring today. This is my favorite concert I've ever experienced! The band and their music are pure energy. Schubas is a very intimate venue meaning you have a great view anywhere you stand. If you want a seat, get there at 830 when the doors open, and you might get a seat on the bench.

And, most of the audience were standing and dancing all night long. I would like to see them again and again. Thank you again for a great performance!!!
Uptown Theatre Napa Napa, CAFantastic concert! Ozamati was so great!!! Been a fan for 29 years! The crowd was rocking dancing non stop! Loved how they ended carnaval style with a Brazilian type parade off stage through audience with steel drums and dancing! Samba line throughout the audience! Rocking rear concert!!! Thank you LACMA for this free concert for all of us!

It's definitely one of the coolest venues for a show. Nice grass area and the harbor right next to it.
