Phil Wickham is a GRAMMY® nominated, Dove Award-winning modern worship artist whose songs have been sung in churches around the world. His first single off his upcoming record, “The King Is In The Room,” is a powerful reminder to the truth that Jesus is present with us, ready to move and set people free as we gather in His name name. His 2024 Grammy Nominated album, I Believe, went #1 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums, while his song, “House Of The Lord,” remained #1 on the Billboard Christian AC Airplay Chart for multiple weeks. In 2023, Wickham was nominated for two GRAMMY® awards in the category of “Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song,” recognizing the songs, “Hymn of Heaven” and “Holy Forever.” At the 2024 GMA Dove Awards, Wickham was the most awarded artist winning "Song of the Year" for "Holy Forever," "Worship Album of the Year" for I Believe, as well as "Christmas Recorded Song of the Year" for "Manger Throne." My sisters and I had the best time last night. I have always loved Phil Wickham’s music but have never had the opportunity to see him live. I did not sit at all, just praising God for all his goodness and love, but especially for loving someone like me. Phil Wickham’s music reminds us of that. How awesome, loving and forgiving God is, and how important it is to share that with other’s. There will come a day when we all will stand before him. What a reminder in today’s world.
Celebration Church & Outreach Ministry Richmond, VAPhil Wickham truly worships, and thus he leads us into true worship. He is a deep, strong believer. He is open and unafraid to be vulnerable, a man who knows joy and can laugh at himself. Instead of a large group of people, Phil turns us into a family of believers. It's as if we're sitting around the kitchen table with friends and family talking about Jesus. We prayed for those sitting beside us as we worshipped Christ the King. Yes, we all felt the yearning of missing heaven. God was truly working through Phil.
Chartway Arena Norfolk, VAI take my youngest special needs son to a lot of Christian concerts and Phil Wickham is one of our absolute favorites. His whole concert feels more like praise and worship rather than just “being entertained”. I also love how he brings out his supporting/opening artists and includes them for a significant portion of the evening (the whole last quarter at least). Most shows do not do that. It has a completely different feel when every single person is performing and the entire room is singing together. I’d give him 100 stars if I could.
Lincoln Berean Church Lincoln, NEThe concert was great but the stage at this venue would be better if it was higher. Also I wish that they would have turned the tv on so you could see the band since the stage was low and the seats were not tiered. Very difficult to see anything. The massive line of general admission was insane and finding a seat was interesting. The performers were amazing though and sounded so good. Different venue or maybe just less tickets being sold would have helped since seats were not assigned.
Maranatha Chapel San Diego, CAIt was one of the best Christian concerts I’ve ever been to. Every song was delivered with passion and energy. I was brought to tears as I sang lyrics about God’s love and strength and how His love can conquer all. That gave me hope in a very dark time of my life. I’m so grateful my brother texted me last minute with an extra ticket. God was definitely at work on getting me to this event. Thank you, Phil Wickham and your band. Praise God for the work you do.
