About Rend Collective
The Story Rend Collective is an eclectic collective of multi-instrumentalists from the North of Ireland. An inherent desire for something spiritually substantive in our increasingly artificial world is exactly what brought the movement of friends together. United by a common purpose, these twenty-somethings began exploring the intersection between God, life and community. “The Rend Collective Experiment came together as a few friends started to pray and seek God. We wanted an authentic outworking of our faith and felt that we would just step out into the unknown and see what happened,” Gareth shares. “Before we knew it, people just started gathering around us and we had more than 100 people involved, musicians and artists, bank workers and teachers, and together we tried to figure out our faith.” After many years in Ireland, the band felt the call to step out again into the unknown as the core 5 of the collective felt they were being called to reach more people. They have now grown into an international success with major tours with Chris Tomlin, MercyMe, Tenth Avenue North and Lecrae under their belts. Their heart is to bring not only a fresh approach to congregational worship, but also a heart and message through the spoken word. Their partnerships and tours with church leaders like Francis Chan, Louie Giglio and Shane Claiborne certainly shows this. Concerning the band itself Gareth comments,”We are a collective of people like a family and not just a band. We want our music to be what we call Organic worship, an honest and natural connection with God, something which is authentic and not artificial. We want to create an environment for people to have genuine encounters with Him and to find themselves singing to Him in ways that they find real”

I was so surprised Rend Collective came to a small venue like Dayton, Pa but I was so glad! I have been wanting to see them in concert for years and they were in Pennsylvania and within a couple hours of me. :) I was so encouraged by the "down to earth" spirit they brought to the stage. The sound quality of the band was amazing and I loved seeing all the musicians pick up so many instruments. Such a great night of worship!

Phenomenal night of worship & praise! High energy, raw musical talent, down to earth and Biblically focused. So thankful Rend Collective shares their gifts with us! Thank you thank you thank you for coming to small town Minnesota. Such a blessing to fill up a a couple rows with my church family & other local friends and see so many familiar faces at these smaller venues. Love it so much more than the drive + bigger venues in the twin cities.

More a glorious Praise Service/evening than a concert as Rend Collective came 'home' to that small Northern Ireland Town that is now one of the United Kingdom's newest Cities🤦😉😂 Truly God was in that place last night as the audience, both young and old, joined the Band as they celebrated the 10th anniversary of their 'Campfire' Album, in an uplifting evening of praise and worship to Our Great God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit 💙 ❤️ 🙏 ✝️

The event was well advertised; the venue was comfortable and set a worshipful atmosphere. This is our second time seeing Rend Collective and it was another outstanding performance. The audience was engaged from beginning to end. Each person in the band and behind the scenes is dedicated to sharing God's message through their songs of worship and their beyond-belief musical talent. We can't wait to see them again!

Always love a Rend Collective concert/worship! I miss some of the missing original band members and am grateful to have heard them years ago in Bangor. The music volume was ramped up a bit too loud for my taste and I was happy that earplugs were provided.... the quieter numbers allowed the lovely folksy sound to come through along with Chris' wonderful vocals.

Rend Collective never disappoints! They are one of the most energetic and crowd engaging bands I've ever seen. This was my 4th time seeing them in concert, and truly the best one! Not only do they perform an amazing repertoire of songs, but they present the gospel message and plan of salvation at every concert. They have not lost sight of their first love!

Great concert. World Vision is a great ministry but they took entirely too long. I greatly appreciate the gospel being shared. Still upset about the Southaven, MS concert being cancelled with no legitimate explanation given. This is why we were at the Pensacola concert. One last thing, it would be nice to purchase shirts. Us folks that are over 2x would like one too!

Crazy talented band had the whole room jumping and dancing Irish jigs to amazing sounds of violin, mandolin, guitar, accordion, harmonica, you name it. Campfire tour is from the heart inviting all back to song, prayer, community. Rend Collective is next-level and up there with any Christian band performing today. Their Irish heritage creates a totally unique and utterly captivating sound.

It was really good music, stage presence was amazing and sound was great! The only reason why I’d give it a 4 star instead of a 5 star was they didn’t play as long as I was hoping. They played for probably 1hr 15 min when all said and done. There was a lot of talking and a 30min intermission.

This was our second time seeing Rend with the kids! Such great artists - their love of Jesus comes through and shows in their music and worship. Awesome music - we have quite a few of their albums. Nice location too! Close to Albany and didn't have to go far at all - love that! Thank you and come back soon!
