The venue was awesome, some minor parking confusion regarding traffic patterns more than anything else. Different parking packages areas were not clearly marked. There was little to no signage regarding VIP parking, registration, and entrance.
The VIP experience was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful. Worth every penny. The ONLY negative aspect were links to the ticket and package options, but that may have been just a user error on my part.
The concert was unbelievable. The opening act was exceptional, one I have begun to follow. Pentatonix was everything I expected. If possible, I loved and respected their music and presentation even more, although I am not sure that's possible!

Several if not all of the performers said many times it was the largest audience they’ve ever had. They were pumped, so energized, interacted so well with the audience, had beautiful sets and their friendships with each other were very apparent. I was a little surprised they sounded as beautiful as they do on my home media. They all are so incredibly talented. It was a special, magical evening! I especially loved White Winter and Mary Did You Know. Thank you, Pentatonix! Please come back to Fargo again soon!

The Pentatonix concert was amazing! The VIP experience was quite nice with a designated concession and restroom facilities from the general public made the price and experience worthwhile. The deck parking was pleasant too since it did not take nearly as long to find a parking spot and to exit out of the venue and parking area compared to State Farm, Mercedes Benz and Chastain Park. It was a very lovely experience and evening spent with my sister as our holiday treat together.

We enjoyed the show very much. We do wish the background music and lights were toned down a bit so we could hear their beautiful voices better.
We were also happy to see Girl Named Tom join in the 2nd half of the show. We were so sad to miss their opening act as we were caught in a 90 minute traffic jam south of the arena.
But the show was well worth our tenacity. We have loved Pentatonix since the beginning. Happy Holidays!

Artist was great, would see again the next time in town. The venue's soundsystem had some reverb in the general lawn seating that was bordering on too loud, but otherwise was a wonderful concert. While there were online options to purchase merchandise and food for pickup, it was limited and there was not a map of where things were located. In addition, no where on the website did it say when the gates opened. It provided when parking opened, but not the gates.
