Paul sounded amazing, the venue however was disappointing as they had oversold standing tickets and not all ticket buyers could get into the auditorium to see him and had to stand in hallway for whole of the concert. Lots of people left after first couple of songs. In all the years of following Weller it has never been this bad, not blaming Paul and the band for this just greedy ticket selling by venue!!!

All in all a good show, listened to the latest album beforehand and wasn't overwhelmed, but being a Wellar fan of old didn't let it put me off as had seen him in this event several years ago. The album sounded much better live and i think it will grow on me. However....the classics made an appearance and made my nignt, along with my 18yr old sons! See you next time!

Had a long awaited postponed birthday celebration. Show was great although Paul Weller didn’t interact with crowd much at all, but that may be he just wants to get on playing his music. Loved his new songs. Only disappointment was the Brighton Centre bar only served larger or cider, yuk! The most irritating thing was people holding up their mobiles to film, every five minutes. Enjoy the moment people!

From start to finish, the whole evening was fantastic. The stewards were very friendly and helpful. The music was crisp and clear. Roll on next time. The only downside to concerts these days is is the time that the concert has to end by. 10 to 10.30pm is far too early. Paul Weller could have sung for at least another hour. Shame.

Treated my husband to tickets he is the fan. We both thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Song after song kept coming. Just don’t agree with the politics. I understand it helps to have a voice and audience, but nights out for us are rare because of the expense and we just want to enjoy a good night out to forget the world issues!

An amazing show in all ways! Entirely worth the years of waiting and cross-continent journey I made to be at the show. Paul looks and sounds fantastic, he played a wide range of career tunes, and his band is simply top-notch...a 150% thoroughly enjoyable experience. Now if we could just get him to play in the States again sometime soon...

Absolutely awesome. Everything you expect from the man and more. So good I'm going to the Liverpool gig as well. New stuff, old stuff but all great stuff: a 2 hour set value for money isn't even close! One of the best artists I've ever seen live. If you are a fan of live performances and genuinely talented musicians go see this man.

Wow! Paul Weller is the gift that keeps on giving!! This show was amazing with 20+ songs from across all the years. Old favourites as well as new tracks from his upcoming album, 66. The acoustics at Waterside were incredible for the audience, I hope Paul enjoyed the show too and will return in the future :)
