Originally the band started as a bunch of friends from school that liked boogy boarding and playing music- that was in 2011. Since then, a lot has changed. We've got a little better and we still love boogy boarding. We get a lot of comments about our name like "Oh I get it, you're not actually women" and "your music is quite sunny actually". These do get tiring after a while but we're getting pretty good at coming up with ways to change the subject. Some of the highlights so far have been: Being the most played artist on Triple J Unearthed in 2013, having two songs on high rotation on Triple J, Reaching #1 on the Channel V indie charts, playing Groovin' the Moo, Southbound, Laneway, Big Day Out, St Kilda Festival, winning Pop Act of the Year at the WAMi's in 2013 and WAM Song of the Year 2012. Our debut album is going to be out in 2014 and we can't wait to share it with you. yiiiisss
