There is a new board game that's just out with lots of music trivia. There is a question about tequila and cantinas and the answer is obviously Sammy Hagar. Duh. The better question is name a singer who has gold records as a member of three different bands and as a solo artist? Same answer, Sammy Hagar. Now name another voice who can equal that. Sorry, there is only one. Sam's in a league of his own. Surprised? OK, but now let's throw in all the multi Platinum soundtracks and a whole list of other records that haven't gone Gold, but are still loaded with great songs. Sure we all know about the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame induction, but now they need to find a special place in there for this guy. Hello Cleveland? From the Montrose albums that are an essential part of the foundation of what became heavy metal, through a solo career that produced I Can't Drive 55, an icon of car culture in American music, Sammy Hagar is a force. Undeniably his Van Halen years are the summit of hard rock's transition into the mainstream. Now with a new group, Chickenfoot, Sam has reestablished his roots in a blues based rock band one more time. Perhaps tequila and cantina are not the best answer to a trivia question, but they are really great answers to how to turn your passion for great food and drink into businesses that you totally love. Sammy has done that. The continued success of the Cabo Wabo Cantinas in Cabo San Lucas and Lake Tahoe has led to the latest Cabo Wabo Cantina in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sammy and the Wabos will be there to celebrate the opening of the new Cantina in early December. But that will be Sam's second Vegas watering hole, the first is Sammy's Beach Bar and Grill in the McCarren International Airport. This is the start of a chain of restaurants, in partnership with Host International, that will bring a welcome dining experience to airports across America. Sam's profits fund local children's charities in these cities and continues a relationship with his fans of giving to those in need. So with a new band, new restaurants opening, and a premium tequila that continues to grow in popularity, Sammy has a lot on his plate. No problem. He has the energy to power a small town and continues to expand the envelope of possibility. What's next? A new brand? A new song? Whatever it is will probably be a part of our lives as he has been a part of us for decades now.

Great time. George Thorogood was surprisingly good and funny too! (See what I did) SH was very engaging and enjoyed the concert. Love the fact he nit only sang but Anthony and Johnson as well! They look like they’re having a lot of fun, which projects towards the crowd and fans! It was a fun concert!! Only reason 4 stars, we had reserved seats and since lawn seats sold out and seats didn’t, decision was made for lawn seat fans to get upgraded. Which is great, however, thought that reserved seats should have been upgraded or given some sort of compensation as well.
RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater Ridgefield, WAThe show started with Loverboy,who played all of their big hits and a few extra songs - they played for about a hour and sounded good. The audience loved then and sang along with Loverboy on their hits. The when Sammy and his famous crew hit the stage - the audience all stood up - and the audience which was about 80% of people in their late 40s to late 60s - all up on their feet for a good 80% of the show with many who never sat down. It was a very fun show - and everybody had a great time. My
Toyota Ampitheater Wheatland, CAActually I went to the kickoff in Bridgeport, that show was amazing!!! So much Van Halen music it was truly awesome. One of the best things was when Michael Anthony sang ain't talkin about love and dedicated it to Eddie..I almost cried. The show was too short unfortunately I felt due to how late everything got going..but was an awesome show nonetheless..I love Sammy and the Circle..as well as the Waboritas when they have performed. George was great as well..never disappoints..Modern Refuge was good, always like it that Sammy has a local band do something..
Xfinity Center Mansfield, MAAll I can say is wow... Sammy still brings it after all these years! The whole band sounded amazing, and the setlist was great. This was by far the loudest show I've ever been to! This was a great way to give a nod to Van Halen and do the music justice, and no matter what any critics say, this is absolutely for the fans. The energy from the band and audience was incredible throughout the whole set, and that proves that we want to hear this music live!
PNC Music Pavilion Charlotte, NCTotally awesome show!!!! Sammy Hagar can still rock it and sing like he did in the 80's. He sang songs from a few group he's been a member of. Montrose, Chicken foot, and Van Halen. Joe Satriani plays a bad ass guitar 🎸. Tributes to Eddie was played all night. Michael Anthony sang some of the Van Hagar music and still plays bass with the best of them. Well ❤️🩹 we worth going 50 miles, in rush hour traffic, to see this show.
