About Saturnus
Saturnus is a Copenhagen-based doom/death metal band formed in 1993. After a legacy of acclaimed albums – Paradise Belongs to You, Martyr, Veronika Decides to Die and Saturn in Ascension – the band returned in 2023 with The Storm Within, which entered the Danish Albums Top 40 and was nominated for GAFFA’s “Best Album 2023”. Recent European and international touring, including a successful co-headline run with In the Woods... and repeated festival appearances at events such as Roskilde, Copenhell and Brutal Assault, has cemented their reputation as a compelling live act. Saturnus continue to collaborate with producer Flemming Rasmussen (Metallica) and are signed to Prophecy Productions, who handle both their classic catalog and new releases.
