Sigur Rós (['sɪːɣʏr rouːs] is an Icelandic post-rock band with melodic, classical, experimental, and minimalist elements. The band is known for its ethereal sound and lead singer Jónsi’s falsetto voice. Sigur Rós means Victory Rose, named after Jonsi's little sister.

Magical! Beyond Brilliant! This is my third time seeing Sigur Rós, and they still blow me away. Moved to tears. Seeing Sigur Rós live is a unique, transcendent experience. And with the Wordless Music Orchestra, the musical experience takes you on a journey to new realms. Just beautiful!
The Orpheum Theatre Los Angeles, CAPhew. Mind blown. Just sonically and visually stunning. I was torn between closing my eyes and immersing myself in the music, and watching the gorgeous lighting and visuals. Two and a half hours, with about 25 minutes intermission to catch your breath.
