Norsk prog-rock på sitt beste!
Med Freddy Dahl og Odd Einar Nordheim som frontfigurer, spilte Saluki konserter på festivaler, klubber og turnerte mye i Norge, Danmark og Nederland i perioden 1976 -. 77.
Saluki ble på den tiden beskrevet som et fengende melodiøst band, med drivende rytmer, flerstemt sang og svært dyktig instrumentalspill.
Saluki utgav sitt første album, Saluki den 30 Mars 1977.
Og godfolk, det er ikke tvil om at Saluki-familien nå til de grader er samlet til en kraftpakke av vellyd og spilleglede! Reportoiret har fått enda mer trøkk, og får også påfyll av nyskrevet materiale.
