Four friends in Austin, Texas met in their senior year "Music & Media" class, not knowing that they were inside a cocoon of which they would develop. What started as a school project became the only plan that ever felt real. By graduation the decision was made: stay together, write constantly, and build it in the world instead of waiting for permission. That decision became VISION ARCADE: a soulful, hard-hitting indie-rock band rooted in melody, physicality, and loud rooms full of strangers. Across a few years and one global pandemic, the band has released a constant run of singles and built an audience the slow, unfakeable way: by touring and by earning real listeners online. Along the way, VISION ARCADE has toured with rising guitar bands like Quarters of Change, The Stews, Sawyer Hill and West 22nd, and opened for larger acts including COIN and Remi Wolf. At the same time their catalog has connected to listeners far outside Texas now streaming in the millions across platforms. Since summer 2024 the band has been quietly making their debut full-length, IT’S ALIVE, with producer Matt Meli (SZA, Gary Clark Jr., Tommy Richman), set for release in early 2026: a record built with the same conviction that started the band in that classroom.
