Dexter and The Moonrocks is a Southern Alternative Band (lovingly dubbed "Western Space Grunge" by their fans) from Abilene, Texas. The band members include James Tuffs on vocals and rhythm, Ryan Anderson on lead guitar and harmonies, Ty Anderson on bass, and Fox on drums and harmonies. Each band member brings a unique style of play that wonderfully merges the genres of red-dirt country and alternative music together for a sound that is unheard of in the music scene. They use their influence from Nirvana, Pink Floyd, Austin Meade, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and Whiskey Myers to craft earth-shattering music that is likely to blow the roof off any place they play. Every time I see the Moonrocks they blow me away!! Ryan, Ty, James, and Fox are the coolest, most down to earth men in the industry, hands down. Humble, kind, fan-oriented, passionate, and ridiculously talented, a Dexter and the Moonrocks concert is an experience to behold. 10/10 5 stars every single time
The Rev Room Little Rock, ARAWESOME SHOW!! I had a great time! Super stoked they covered big Jet Plane and yellow on top of KM and Freaks. Didn’t arrive on time to make it to the front but there’s always next time. Loved to finally be able to get a tour stop here in Ft. Worth!!!
Tannahill's Tavern & Music Hall Fort Worth, TXPhenomenal concert. They sound better live than on their recordings. The band hung around to sign stuff and just talk with their fans which was really cool. Liam St. John was really good as well. Will definitely try to see them in the future when they come close again.
Charleston Pour House Charleston, SCset got cut right before she likes girls due to lightning, so the boys told us all to go out to the tour vans and we all sung it together by the vans! they really care about their fans and the show was great

My girlfriend and I came home bruised, bodies aching and wondering why they let so many people get so out of control.
