I came specifically from New Mexico just to see Angine De Poitrine! The guys were simply amazing! When I first saw a video of them earlier this year, I couldn't believe the complex microtonal songs. I had to see them play live and most of their venue dates were sold out, but here at the Montréal Jazz Festival, they played for free. I'M A FAN NOW.
Band 5 Sterne, Location 3 Sterne.
Live Music Hall Köln, GermanyAmazing set from these two! The venue was really packed and super hot, I can’t imagine how much the band was sweating in their costumes! They put on a flawless show! The opener Population II was simply out of this world! So much so I had to immediately buy some of their records!
Ogden Theatre Denver, COAngine de Poitrine has hit a nerve with the world. They put on a magical show. They bring people together. Old and young, black and white, all countries, states, cities. They bring a joy to this world. Their journey from their planet has blessed this old earth and blessed me. I love AdP!
Palmer Events Center Austin, TXShort but oh so sweet. About a 75 minute set overall from ADP. Such a great show they put on, and with entertaining crowdwork. It was a polka dot party for sure. Gotta hear every song I was hoping for, and can't wait to catch them again when they're in town.
