Had no idea Built to Spill was one of those bands who deviated from their songs and swept you up to take a magical psychedelic funky carpet ride speeding toward all depths and dimensions of infinity and then setting your ass back down again gently at the venue with a sweaty hug. 🤟 Plus those bad ass babes on bass and drums! 😍
Harlow's Sacramento, CAI lost my effing tickets! I guess thats a hard lesson for me to learn. I wanted them for my junk journal, but i guess ill be getting digital delivery from now on. Dammit. I was so stoked to go see them, too. Im sure they were great.
Cat's Cradle Carrboro, NCDoug is Doug and that's always fun to see. New drummer is absolutely incredible. Precise, clean, and the ability to play the all the phrases endlessly. I was so floored by her playing. Do yourself a favor and see this lineup play.
Wild Buffalo House Of Music Bellingham, WAABSOLUTELY AMAZING! There’s nothing wrong with love is one of my favorite albums of all time and they played it all the way through. The energy was breathtaking, the music was amazing, and the band was great to meet. Would definitely see them again!
Granada Theater Dallas, TXThe live stream was great! But there was no Built to Spill which is kind of why I was interested in the first place. Despite this, the other artists were amazing and now I have new music to listen to!
