What’s there to say? It was THE PERFECT SET. They played all the classics including new songs from their latest album. Emma Richardson is hands down without question the best thing that’s happened to the band in decades. She plays with a sincerity that’s beyond worthy of the highest praise. Her vocals were what I call “Pixies” vocals. Black, Joey and David were great as usual; but I really think our new Pixies bass player is the best thing to happen to us fans since Kim 1.

Pixies and DR Koncerthuset was an excellent match. It was more than two hours of nonstop feeding us with the best rock of more than three decades. The sound and the sight in the hall was of an absolute quality making it one of the best live expreriences I've had throught the last 45 years by the stages. My son had his first live concert with me and this will stick with him as a really great memory for the rest of his life for sure.

What a night, what a performance from the masters.! My first time seeing them after being a fan since ‘88 and they sounded great. Thinking back, it was odd that they didn’t speak to the crowd once, but instead they stood there and smashed out hit after hit for a couple of hours . No complaints here. Loved that the crowd was such a mix of people and generations, and in typical London fashion, the pit was real 😁

Nonstop performance the whole time they were on stage. Band was great and it was awesome to hear them live. No real interaction with the audience. Hated the venue (we paid for seats; general admission people kept coming up and standing in the aisle right next to us, talking and blocking our the walkway, and security/staff kept ignoring it including one employee who talked and joked with the GA folks the whole time).

Finally was able to see The Pixies live after all these years! I've seen Frank Black a couple of times and will see him again in February 2025, and I've seen The Breeders. But I've always been too late to get tickets to The Pixies, so this was a real treat!!! This was a big festival on the banks of the Seine river in Paris. They played many hits from Doolittle. Now I'm super happy, and tame!

It has been many years since I saw the Pixies touring Surfer Rosa in 1988, but the power was still there the catalogue obviously burgeoning with more quality and tonight didn't fail to excite and make for a spectacular event for all in attendance, over the 28 songs played with 4 from the newest album released it was a great blend of sing along to shouting in unison. I loved every minute of it.

End of a long leg of the Head Carrier Tour. Joined by the worlds largest Pixies Facebook group 60 of us hit the front of the stage Black Francis seemed like he had a fire lit under him as he screamed louder than the past few show I’d seen a few months prior. Pixies last night of the tour and giving 150%. Best live set of the tour so far. 2018 impresses big time.

This one was ok as usual is but bass player Emma does not gives the same touch of previous one Paz. No interaction with audience also as usual....there must time to play through the best Pixies mytic songs and some from the new album "The Night the Zombies came" that arr quite good actually. Always a good and positive experience but it could have been a litle litle more better...no encore also.
