About Bobby van Jaarsveld
Bobby van Jaarsveld het op die jong ouderdom van sewentien jaar oud die Afrikaanse musiekbedryf oorrompel met sy eerste album, Duisend Ure, wat in 2004 vrygestel is.
Nadat hy in dieselfde jaar die toekenning vir Beste Nuweling by die Huisgenoot Tempo-toekennings ontvang, word daar voorspel dat hy nog een van Suid-Afrika se grootste kunstenaars gaan word.
Dis bykans 20 jaar later, en Bobby is wél een van die land se grootste kunstenaars wat spog met treffer ná treffer. Liedjies soos Spieëltjie, Net Vir Jou, Kyk Waar is Ons Nou en Net ’n Man, is net ’n paar van dié liedjies om te noem wat daagliks op radiogolwe landswyd gespeel word.
Na vyf jaar se stilte is Bobby terug in die kollig en het onlangs sy nuwe liedjie Toe, Nou en Altyd vrygestel. Die liedjie is ’n voorsmakie van nuwe musiek wat binnekort volg.
