About Countless Goodbyes
Countless Goodbyes is a modern metal band with metalcore elements formed in Pori, Finland. Since the band’s first single releases in 2011 the band got the immediate attention of the media and Countless Goodbyes went flying to the headlines of the most popular mainstream magazines. The band gained a strong base of tens of thousands of listeners on social media after their music was introduced to people on the radio and the Finnish primetime TV. The band has since performed numerous concerts in Finland and abroad including festivals and sold-out clubs. The band has performed with metal giants such as Asking Alexandria and August Burns Red. Countless Goodbyes has also played shows with Kalmah and Rytmihäiriö. In 2017 the band went to studio to record their first full length album ”Cycles” to be released in early 2019. The debut album ”Cycles” reached the second place on the official Finnish physical record sales and the 17th place on the official Finnish album chart on its release week 17/2019. During the Covid-19 pandemic the band used the time writing and recording the second full length album. The album is composed and written by Onni Kivikaarre and André Rodriguez and it was recorded with producer Rami Nykänen. The album’s post-production was done by Joakim Karlsson of Bad Omens. The choirs of the album were arranged and recorded by Kat Marsh and Choir Noir (Bring Me The Horizon, While She Sleeps, Architects, Ed Sheeran...etc.). The album is mixed and mastered by award-winning Henrik Udd (Bring Me The Horizon, Architects, Dimmu Borgir etc.).
