About Falling In Reverse
Fact: the most engaging, most electric artists will always generate the most visceral reaction. Loved, hated, ridiculed, admired, Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke is the rare rock n’ roll provocateur whose unpolished unpredictability and reckless honesty make him equal parts hero and villain, depending on whom you ask. Radke puts it all on the line, take it or leave it, each and every time Falling In Reverse does anything. Just Like You finds Falling In Reverse’s leader with no shortage of material to sing, scream and howl about. In the roughly two years since Fashionably Late, Radke lost a close family member (faced head-on with the tear-jerking album closing ballad 'Brother'), watched old friends succumb to old vices (look no further than the first track 'Chemical Prisoner'), and struggled with his lifelong search for meaning ('God, If You Are Above…' is as real as it gets, kids) and search for personal redemption. Just as Pinocchio became a real boy, Falling In Reverse is a real band. Emerging guitar hero Jacky Vincent throws down a vicious, Joe Satriani-inspired shred all over their songs; rhythm guitarist Derek Jones injects the band with the strength of crunch that only comes from touring as a metalcore vet. Jovial everyman drummer Ryan Seaman, whose resume reads like an Epitaph catalog, lays back in the cut like the guys in classic hard rock bands of the ‘70s yet pulls off double bass and crazy fills with equal skill. 'God, If You Are Above' rocketed to #1 on the iTunes Rock chart within hours of its release and with good reason. It’s got an energized, emotive drive reminiscent of 'Situations' (the best known song from Radke’s tenure in Escape The Fate which has been viewed 50 million times on YouTube) but updated with the experience, charisma and perspective of the singer’s more well rounded modern persona; the song is naturally topped off by a reliably scorching Jacky Vincent solo. The playful innuendo is still there, in party songs like 'Sexy Drug' and the album’s title track, 'Just Like You,' with it’s over-the-top, hilariously brave refrain: “I am aware that I am an asshole!” Falling In Reverse’s debut album The Drug In Me Is You was a vivid, self-deprecating, raw document of frontman Radke’s turbocharged life till that point, delivered with a clever wordplay acting as harbinger for the mixtape rhymes that were to come. Now, the appropriately titled Just Like You draws together all of the first two albums strengths. In 2014, only Motörhead legend Lemmy edged out Radke on Kerrang!’s list of the 50 Greatest Living Rockstars in the World, a lineup that included the likes of Slash, Steven Tyler and Ozzy Osbourne. Ronnie Radke is the world’s Greatest Living Rockstar, aside from freakin’ Lemmy, according to the UK’s biggest rock mag. Radke’s aesthetic is so coveted he spends significant “free time” overseeing clothing design and fulfillment for HOOD$ UP, the Falling In Reverse frontman’s apparel endeavor. Self-empowerment, secret societies and a bizarre amalgamation of esotericism and West Coast gangsterism collide in HOOD$ UP, that transcends “brand” as much as the guys in Falling In Reverse have managed to agitate and captivate more than a “band.” As unscrupulous imitators play catch-up with the look, sound and feel of Falling In Reverse, the band soldiers on, blazing new pathways and bridging the gap between brutal metal and pop rock.

Falling in Reverse put on one hell of a show. They came back on stage when they didn't have to after the audience was cheering for one more song and played quite a bit. They honestly care for there fans and Ronnie still sang exceptionally for being sick! I brought my little brother to his first concert and we had a blast. We will be seeing them again when they come back to Virginia. I just hope that they choose a different venue for next year. I am even more of a fan after this event and this will be something me and my little brother never forget. Good memories. Thank you for such a great show.

Music AMAZING. All four bands did such an awesome job. As for venue… ill prepared. We just barely made it in for bad wolves and some people didn’t make it in until after Hollywood undead/ right before falling in reverse missing half of the actual show standing in direct sun. Then when trying to leave they had one like 10 foot wide exit that they attempted to funnel EVERYONE through which was a MASSIVE fire hazard. They also had the volume on the speakers turned way down for falling in reverse and papa roach. Where I was we could hear okay but I know a lot of people in the back had a hard time hearing.

Falling in Reverse put on a great show, as always!! My experience at the venue was a little odd...no one in my section was standing during the performance (except me), no one in my section was singing along (except me), I felt very awkward and uncomfortable. Even though I felt a tiny bit bad about blocking other people's view by standing in front of them I drove 4 hours through snow/sleet just to see FIR so I was going to enjoy myself. I figured maybe they were all only there to see Disturbed and didn't like FIR but they did the same thing (nothing at all) while Disturbed played too. It was weird.

The venue didn't know what they was doing, had no answers except ONE WORKER... Sold us side stage but only a handful was allowed to hide behind the speakers. One worker put his hands in my face, and another cussed me out for asking about the vip package. Falling in reverse and ice nine kills made it up by their performance. Both of them doing the most for their fans and giving the best show. I give falling in reverse 5 stars but give the venue only 3. My husband also left because of how some venue members treated him. So there goes $240 out the door.

It would be hard to give Ronnie a bad review with his 🔥 vocals and the band's music is just BADASS. I was hoping for a little bit more of a "show" i.e. lighting or interactions with the audience, but I still was NOT disappointed! The Coliseum was packed to the gills and the crowd was fantastic, an absolutely METAL time overall! The only meh part was the venue-rules have gotten so strict and no reentry to the building in Portland so you have to wait for dayssss in line for anything if you don't want to miss any of the show.

My partner and I have seen FIR a few times and this was the best show yet. In general, I usually expect very few of my favorite bands to play Arkansas venues. Yet last night proved that Arkansas loves rock/metal just as much as any other genre. This show did NOT disappoint. My only 2 complaints were how ungodly hot it was on the floor and the fact that people on the floor were given drinks in cups. I prefer to buy bottles and keep them in my bag but the cups didn't allow for that

This concert was soo good!! Ronnie wasn't feeling the best and said his voice felt shot and you couldn't even tell. My man gave a 110% and showed all the love for his fans that were there! Jacoby from Papa roach walking through the crowd was crazy and they put on a hell of a show! All the bands that performed were great! I had such a good time ! Thank you Bad Wolves , Hollywood Undead,Falling In Reverse and Papa Roach for an amazing show! Me and my friends had a blast!

Every band was great; CatchYour Breath, Slaughter to Prevail (so cool), and Ice Nine Kills! Second time seeing Falling In Reverse and it was AWESOME! The band sounded great and Ronnie is such a great performer, I think the second time was even better (if that’s possible)! We did the meet and greet group photos, Ronnie waited to take pics w/ each group and tried to interact the best he could w/ such limited time. It was pricey but I probably won’t have this opportunity again. Hopefully I’ll get to see them again! ❤️

Artists were great but what a cluster fuck getting in to the show . Doors were open for an hour and a half before I got there and still waited in line for 55 minutes . Just seemed un organized to just us through the obstacles of scanning tickets getting wrist bands and security check points . The real slow spot was the wrist band right in between tickets and security, didn't need a wrist band but still had to wait in line for people to pull out and get ids verified

It won't let me rate 5/5 stars, but it was definitely a 5/5 show; last night was a perfect example of EXACTLY why Falling in Reverse won the APMA for Best Live Band this year. Each member had fantastic energy and Ronnie's stage presence was (like it always is) so exciting and rowdy and fun! I was especially impressed because Ronnie was sick, yet he continued the set with his usual enthusiasm. These guys are always such a joy to see live and their shows really are an experience. 5/5 from me.
