About Colton Dixon
Colton Dixon turns personal truths, stories, and experiences into universal anthems. He
first emerged as a phenomenon after finishing in the top seven on Season 11 of American Idol.
Delivering a series of fan favorite albums, 2013’s A Messenger achieved “the biggest first week sales by a new solo Christian act” and catapulted into the Top 15 of the Billboard 200 and #1 on the Billboard Christian Albums Chart, not to mention, joining the iconic company of Harry
Connick, Jr. and Billy Joel as a Steinway & Sons artist. A year later, Anchor yielded his third and fourth #1 hits on Christian Hot AC with “More of You” and “Through It All.” In 2017, he returned to #1 on the Christian Albums Chart for the third time. He has collected a pair of Dove Awards in the categories of “Rock/Contemporary Album” and “Recorded Music Packaging.” Following an invite from the White House, he also shined at the 2019 National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in addition to performing on Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight and in the pages of People magazine. During 2020, he embarked on a new chapter with Atlantic Records ignited by the self titled Colton Dixon EP and runaway hit “Miracles” one of his most popular tracks to date. 2022 saw him make his show stopping debut at the Grand Ole Opry amid kicking off another era and experiencing a creative breakthrough with “Build A Boat.” Between the original and duet version with multi platinum country songstress Gabby Barrett, it has reeled in over 100 million streams. It stood out as “the longest running Mediabase Christian AC #1 song of 2022” and locked down #1 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs Chart and Christian AC Airplay Chart. People premiered the accompanying music video and hailed it as “inspiring” for its depiction of the work of medical charity Mercy Ships. Now, Dixon captivated once again on his 2023 EP, Canvas [Atlantic Records], introduced by the top ten single
“My Light," as well as his 2023 Christmas single, "Home for Christmas." 2024 brings new music from Dixon, starting with his brand new track, “Rest of My Life” being used as the closing song for the new Angel Studios film SIGHT, starring Terry Chen and Greg Kinnear, and brand new radio single,"UP+UP."

This concert was amazing. The venue was nice and the music sounded great! Jordan Feliz was so much fun to watch. Colton was personable through the show and had some interesting twists on some of his songs. The lights for the show were fun (I know they were def bright and shined in your face several times and we seen a few folks leave because of them). Overall, it was a great concert and I would def recommend people going. This show was sold out so I'm extremely happy there was such a good turn out to support these singers.

This was the best birthday surprise a 13 year old could ask for. I had front row VIP tickets and came all the way from Oklahoma for this show. Colton even had everyone clap for my family since we traveled so far. I brought a poster and my dad asked a security guard if we could get it signed and before my dad could finish, he said yes. But we thought he was bringing him out to the auditorium after the show, but we got to go backstage and get pictures, signatures, and a high-five! Best birthday of my life!

This was perfect for my kids' first music concert. It wasn't overwelmingly big nor was it so loud you got a headache. Our family had not heard of Coby James or Andrew Papas, but they were both really talented. Colton Dixon was worth the drive we made to see him. Not only is he a cool musician, he was a great example to my kids showing them that the God of the Bible is in everything and He transforms lives. While we all loved the performances, nothing beats those men's Godly message and influence.

I was 7 years old, too small for an arena, and ready to rock out with Skillet! I had never been to a concert and didn’t get to know the lineup super well, so I just wanted to see Skillet. I remember Colton just because of the outfit, but I rewatched the show in Ontario, and it looked so fun! I unfortunately fell asleep over Skillet somehow, that’s the exact opposite of a peaceful and quiet place. That’s loud and anxious if you’re up at the front and wanting to keep your ears.

This was an awesome concert! My daughter and I went to the Q&A session before the concert. Colton Dixon, Austin French, and Jeremy Rosado all seem like they are very genuinely friendly, down to earth people. I love meeting the artists afterward because it gives you an idea of who they really are and whether you want to continue to support them as in purchasing their merchandise and going to their concerts. After the Q&A and meeting, Jeremy and Colton, after the concert, we definitely want to continue to support them.
