Naarm First Nations led indie punk band Chasing Ghosts, release their new single / video 'Chamomile Tea' from upcoming album, 'Therapy'. 'Chamomile Tea' presents a tongue-in-cheek reflection on a time of significant hardship. It addresses the experience of struggling with insomnia, often triggered by stress and anxiety, and compounded by self-medicating behaviors. The song also explores the emotional repercussions of these struggles on interpersonal relationships, both personal and professional. Produced by ARIA nominated producer Stevie Knight (Stand Atlantic, Redhook, Yours Truly, Sleeping With Sirens) and mixed by James Paul Wisner (Paramore, Underoath).
