It’s rare to find an artist who gets consistent nods from such an eclectic array of genre-defining leaders like Solomun, Black Coffee, Damian Lazarus, Sasha, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Lee Burridge, and Camelphat, as well as underground heroes like Frankey & Sandrino, Einmusik, Sebastien Leger, and Eelke Kleijn. Enamour is Michael Gold, who was raised near Washington DC, a city invariably considered a hidden heart of dance music in the United States. Long before he could enter a club, Gold found an early interest in music with the piano and later with guitar, then jazz, indie, electronic, and eventually dance -- his passion for music unchanging, despite his evolving taste.
