Energetic as always, HD delivered their newest output, their third studio album Keep Myself from Sinking on Nov 5th 2021! The aggressive attitude of their sound takes the best out of metalcore’s breakdown affinity and atmospheric layers that might remind you of genre leaders like Architects, While She Sleeps and Our Hollow, Our Home. Based out of Oslo, Norway, HD have released two EP’s, and three albums since their birth in 2012. The debut album .ELEVATE was frequently playlisted and recommended on Norway’s national radio, NRK P3. The band released their s/t EP Halcyon Days in 2016. The EP was met with an amazing response WW, putting the band on the map outside of Norway and the band signed with Indie Recordings for the release of their second album, Rain Soaked Pavements & Fresh Cut Grass in 2018. Metal Trenches (US) stated that the album is “one of the better metalcore releases of the year”, while PureGrainAudio (CAN) defined it as “a superb example of melodic metal.” The release hit 1 Million streams and landed the band their first big shows outside of Norway. For their third album, the band worked with legendary names in Metal as Daniel Bergstrand, Fredrik Thordendal and Henrik Udd. Without any doubt, with their latest album, HD deliver a stellar production, making Keep Myself from Sinking a fascinating and spectacular post-metalcore sonic experience!
