Kelcey Ayer is a Colombian-American artist based out of Los Angeles, mostly known as co-founder/singer/songwriter of Local Natives & his solo project Jaws of Love. 2025 sees Ayer leaving both projects behind to welcome his first solo EP under his given name, dropping July 18th, called No Sleep. His first three singles Don’t Look Down, Different Planets, & Ghosts of Neighborhood Dogs (feat. Jordana) were released earlier this year to critical praise from Uproxx, Consequence of Sound, and Flood amongst others, plus spins on KCRW and 91X. All of his new material reflects on his life-changing experience of becoming a new father.
