He was the guitarst and vocalistst with legendary British rock and roll band Ten Years Aſter for a decade releasing 3 albums with them. He also fronts The Ronnie Scott’s Blues Explosion monthly residency now into its 17th year at the prestigious London venue. In 2026 he started a new monthly residency at the newly opened Upstairs at Ronnies venue playing Rhythm & Blues music with a quartet. Twice winner of the British Blues Award for Best Acoustic Performer and Best Songwriter as well as countless nominations in other categories, Marcus has released 3 critically acclaimed solo albums and toured the world with his own band and other artists.
