OUT OF THE BLUE, a versatile duo, performs classic rock in Uvita, Costa Rica, San Diego, California, and throughout the world. Past group names include TWO FROM BLUE and ACOUSTIC BLUE. The group features past and present members of Liquid Blue (www.Liquid-Blue.com) who have played in over 100 countries. CLASSIC ROCK! Out of the Blue performs a wide variety of classic and modern hits both acoustically or with backing tracks. Most of these tracks were recorded in the studio by Liquid Blue. The repertoire at a typical show is comprised exclusively of audience requests. The band performs almost any song from the official Liquid Blue playlist. EVENTS Out of the Blue performs at clubs, festivals, and private events. The duo is often hired to open up for Liquid Blue at special events. SPECIAL GUESTS Various members of Liquid Blue have been known to show up at Out of the Blue shows and perform on stage. LIQUID BLUE San Diego based Liquid Blue is an international recording and touring act as well as one of Southern California's top cover bands for the past decade.
