About The Posies
The Posies were formed by Jon Auer & Ken Stringfellow in 1988, and since then have released eight albums, including “Frosting on the Beater” from 1993 which contained their breakthrough single “Dream All Day”, and is namechecked as an all-time favorite by a diverse list of musicians from Gary Lightbody (Snow Patrol) to Ed O’Brien (Radiohead) to Queen Latifah. The band's devoted fanbase revere the duo for their peerless melodic gifts, thoughtful and intricate lyrics, and penchant for vocal harmony.
