American band Pessimist, formed in Baltimore, delivers blackened death metal since 1989. Founder and Guitarist Kelly McLauchlin previously played in death metal veterans I Am Morbid, and Possessed. The band recently welcomed drummer Tim Yeung (who also played in I Am Morbid, and is formerly of Morbid Angel, Divine Heresy, Hate Eternal) to the recording lineup. Another notable mention is former Pessimist bassist Kelly Conlon, who played on the iconic death metal band Death's album "Symbolic".
