After fronting the Sex Pistols, John Lydon formed post-punk originators Public Image Ltd (PiL). Widely regarded as one of the most innovative bands of all time, their music and vision earned them 5 UK Top 20 Singles and 5 UK Top 20 Albums. With a shifting line-up and unique sound – fusing rock, dance, folk, pop and dub – Lydon guided the band from their debut album ‘First Issue’ in 1978 through to 1992’s ‘That What Is Not’, before a 17 year hiatus. Lydon reactivated PiL in 2009, touring extensively and releasing three critically acclaimed albums, ‘This is PiL’ (2012), ‘What The World Needs Now…’ (2015) and ‘End of World’ (2023).

The only one hung I’d change is that damn maga shirt Johnny wore under his sweater and flashed at us during Public Image. Still, a bucket list show for me!
Granada Theatre Dallas, TXThis venue isn't my fav but I couldn't miss the chance to see John Lydon. Parking is terrible around there & there's extremely limited seating in this venue.
Wonder Ballroom Portland, ORJohnny Rotten still has it. Plague Vendor was amazing too. Excellent show all round. It was an honor seeing PIL live, a bucket list item that’s for sure.
Brooklyn Bowl Nashville Nashville, TNGreat show at a small intimate sized venue! I only wish there were a few more seats. Second wish that was not honored... playing the song Seattle.
Wonder Ballroom Portland, OROutstanding show from start to finish, nice intimate venue despite portaloo toilets outside , very hot venue as no fans etc but definitely go again 👍
