The Los Angeles-based band - comprised of Cody Carson (vocals), Zach DeWall (guitar) and Maxx Danziger (drums) - have become known for creating their own original brand of pop music, infusing bold electronic elements with rock instrumentations and guitar riffs as catchy as the choruses and an overall feel-good, dance-worthy vibe. The lead single, “Skeleton” off their latest album Elsewhere epitomizes Set It Off - a group both fully committed to its roots and diving into its future by embracing inevitable change. Since forming in Florida in 2008, the genre-blending group has released four previous albums, amassed a loyal following, relocated to L.A., while their Top 10 Spotify tracks alone have racked up 528 million plays. The band’s full-length debut album Cinematics in 2012 embraced their moodier rock side, and later efforts took on an upbeat pop twist that culminated in a darker synergy of those styles on their last album Midnight. Elsewhere is a transitional, moody, and forward thinking release, one in which they have faced their demons and come out happier and more full of life than ever before.

Oh my gosh the concert was so amazing and exciting! I would go back in a second if I could! The only thing I would have done differently was get there a little earlier so I could be closer to the front, and I kinda wish they stayed out to meet a few fans, but I understand that they were tired. Even if I didn't do that I would 1000000% want to go back, it was the most amazing experience ever! I have to say that it was even better than the Panic! at the Disco concert I went to, because it felt more intamite. All in all I LOVED IT!
Metro Chicago, ILMy sister took me to my all time favorite band for my birthday and it was EPIC!!!! 😁❤️ Set It Off is the best and I love them so so much! Thank you for coming to Kansas City! I tried to snap a quick photo when Cody pulled out the acoustic guitar because it was one of the few times he wasn't jumping around (I love his jumping around but my camera sucks so it's hard to take pictures) but he immediately moved so all I've got is a blurred picture of his hand holding the mic and a bit of his hair, lol, and I love it so much!
The Truman Kansas City, MOThis show was insane!!! Every band gave it there all. They used the entire stage!! First opener was no love for the middle child I have never heard of them before. I will be looking up them later. The second band was as it is Patty the singer was the most entertaining person on stage the whole night. He went wild. The third was stand Atlantic I didn’t quite enjoy them enough to look them up but they were alright And lastly the main event set it off They were fantastic live!! I loved it. It just felt good to be able to go to live shows again after two years.
Old National Centre Indianapolis, INI met Cody and Maxx and Zach, they were so so sweet. They gave us a hug and took a photo with us even though they were running late to dinner. The show was in of the best concerts I've been to. Cody has an incredible stage presence and Maxx got an opportunity to sing their song "Bad Guy", which was incredible. I met them a second time on our way out and once again they were nothing but great. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to see them as well as meet them and will jump at the opportunity to see them again.
Revolution Bar & Music Hall Amityville, NYMy first concert, my favorite band. Every expectation I EVER had was met, and more. Venue was great, People were considerate, and most of all the music was AMAYZING. They played all my favorites, all the songs that go me through hard times, and I even got to see another band I loved, (no love for the middle child) as an opener, and meeting Andrew was so great, he was beyond kind and approachable. Stand Atlantic was great as well, they interacted with fans a lot, and WOW were their fans enthusiastic. All in all, Loved the concert, and love you guys. <3 Thanks
