Stone Senate Tour Dates and Upcoming Concerts

Stone Senate has been called “a heavier version of Lynyrd Skynyrd, crossed with The Allman Brothers Band”. While being mentioned in such heady company is flattering, one thing Stone Senate is most definitely not, is a retro act. They are taking what came naturally from their collective influences a step further. Fronted by lead vocalist/guitarist Clint Woolsey’s smoldering, soulful vocals and unmistakable stage presence, stage left and stage right are burning with dual lead guitars of James Edwards and Ted Hennington. Add to these the blood bonded rhythm section of “The Mud Brothers”- Paul Zettler on bass/vocals and David Zettler on drums/vocals and you have caught lightning in a bottle. This band has built their audience through relentless touring year round, along with radio tours inserted into the schedule. Having been together since 2012, the band is able to widen their collective set list throwing in band and audience favorites from Waylon Jennings, ZZ Top, Allman Brothers Band, Grateful Dead, George Strait, The Band, The Doors, and The Stones, among others. Having toured with Bulletboys, Tantric, Uli Jon Roth, Davisson Brothers Band, and as support/direct support for Tom Kiefer Band, Cinderella, Poison, Styx, Collective Soul, Lit, Alien Ant Farm, Asleep At The Wheel, David Alan Coe, Vince Neil, Hairball, Brian Howe, David Lee Murphy, Three 6 Mafia, Snoop Dogg, Jackyl, Cadillac Three, Kentucky Headhunters, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Big $ Rich, Saving Abel, Rival Sons, Cowboy Mouth, and Whitey Morgan, to name a few. Stone Senate performs full band electric and full band acoustic, whatever it takes to make the gig happen. 2014 marked the bands first studio record titled, “1”, produced by Vance Powell and Eddie Spear, releasing 5 singles to active rock, classic rock, and triple a radio, both terrestrial and streaming. Then in 2016, Stone Senate teamed up with famed guitarist Kenny Olson (Kid Rock, Seven Day Binge, Kenny Olson Cartel) to co produce record number 2, “Star City”, which released 3 singles to active rock, classic rock, and triple a radio. Late 2019 brought the band together with Rollin’ The Dice Records and Copperline Music Group (CMG), releasing a new single in mid 2020, and a new record in late 2020. With over 500 shows throughout the US in the last few years, Stone Senate is steadily adding more and more dates each year and looking forward to some great new music in 2020!
