Samantha Fish was awesome and she keeps getting better. Her playing is consistently improving and she’s right there with the top blues guitarists Jon Spencer sucked. Not only his lack of talent is overwhelming but his ego shows way too much. The venue staff is awesome The organizers threw a nasty unpleasant surprise when they added an entire reserved seating section where the GA originally was supposed to be. No letting know GA and Quick Pass holders that they would be relegated to the back of the room. They even sold seats in rows that didn’t exist leaving the customers and the staff confused. Some kind of communication should have taken place here.

Samantha was great. The 3 stars is due to the venue. 40 degrees outside and raining and doors opened an hour late. They blamed it on the band arriving late and some cockamamie excuse that they can’t let people in while the band is doing sound checks. Add to that, The Token’s sound system blows. Feedback and technical problems throughout the show. A premier concert venue? I guess that doesn’t include lighting. Every time Samantha moves away from the mic she was pretty much in darkness. Samantha Fish is Must-See. But not at the Token Lounge.

I had the honor of seeing Samantha Fish when she came to Columbia two years ago on her "Faster" tour, so I treasured the opportunity to see her performance again. Friday's new "Paper Doll" tour performance was spectacular ✨️ 👌 and deserves a full 5-Star ✨️ 👏 ❤️ "standing ovation! *** The best rockin' blues performance I have seen since the legendary George Thorogood came to M.U.'s Jesse Auditorium decades ago. I only wish that I could have met her in person this time. I look forward to meeting her soon. First time (for me): taking in a show at Sweetwater, and; seeing Samantha Fish live. Absolutely loved both! Great venue, hard to find anything negative/constructive to offer. Samantha...what a performer! Truly wish she had been the main act; 45 minutes was not nearly enough! She is such a good musician, has a great voice and you can feel her passion as she plays her set...hated to see it come to an end. But did actually get to meet her afterwards, so tough to beat that!

Nice venue. Lots of old school rockers in for a great show. Samantha Fish rocked the house. She and the crowd were in sync all night. She really gets the most out of her talent and puts a lot of energy into the show. I loved it from start to finish where the venue owner was thanking people for coming in the parking lot. Nice touch, great night! Go see Samantha Fish. Saw her in Denver with Slash-needed another helping!

I liked her current sound and style. Back to the Blues and Blues/Rock. I really liked her band: organ, drums, and the bass player, who has been with her many years, is incredible. He hauls ass on the bass. I and the 4 people I was with agreed that we did not like the warm-up act. We all thought that they were boring and that their music genre, performance style, and quality of playing did not seem to be a good choice to be the opening act for Samantha.

The Center for the Arts is a great venue to see a show. Samantha Fish didn't disappoint, her vocal and guitar range is incredible and must be experienced live. Joining her tour was Jon Spencer and Cedric Burnside, both performers brought their own style that enhanced the overall show. The encore brought out all three artists collaborating with a theatrical show stopper that had Samantha & Jon playfully battling genres. Glad we made the drive from Fair Oaks, a wonderful way to kick off the Holidays.

Samantha Fish and her band have really improved their performance skills and show, they have a great full sound and she has become a talented entertainer. The only thing I was disappointed in was I didn’t recognize any of the songs, and I have all of her records so I must be missing something. But I was very much looking forward to her performing her early bluesy songs that she was so very good at. I would see her again.

Samantha never fails to impress. She and her band put on a great show in a very cool venue. She focused on songs from her recent release, Paper Doll, and the songs were even better live. She showed off her guitar pyrotechnics throughout the show, even returning for an encore. I spoke to a lot of the people in attendance in the standing room area, first-timers and experienced fish-heads, and everyone i spoke to was very impressed.

saw samantha on you tube!!!! didn't know what to expect!!!! came to really nice venue in york,pa!!! this woman was Awesome,can't say enough!!!!!! stayed on stage full length of the performance,band took a break and she kept on rockin!!!!! if you've never seen her,do urself a favor and do so!!! 35 yr old that has it all!!! looks,talent with a guitar,awesome singer!!!!! wife and i were blown away!!!! 5stars don't begin to sum it up!!!
