Ted fell for the hammered dulcimer in the 80’s but didn’t own one until 1998 when his wife surprised him with one using wedding gift money. In 2010, Ted earned national recognition by winning the U.S. National Hammered Dulcimer Championship. So he packed up his family and took his music coast to coast. In 2016 his video of Everybody Wants to Rule the World went viral - suddenly, millions knew his name. Today, Ted continues to teach lessons online, play music with his band, and produce music for advertising and film.
