The Paper Kites are a folk-rock five-piece from Melbourne, Australia. Formed in 2010, members include Sam Bentley, Christina Lacy, David Powys, Samuel Rasmussen and Josh Bentley.
The ARIA nominated group have released five studio albums, with their most recent record ‘Roses’ (2021) garnering over 88 million streams. The band have received 160 million streams in 2022 alone from their 6.5 million monthly listeners — and over 1 billion streams across their catalogue. Their single “Bloom” was also recently certified platinum in the US, Canada, Australia, Italy and The Netherlands.

SO GOOD LIVE!!!!!!!!!! such quality music. Some bands are not so good live or don't get all notes on key, but they were amazing, both Paper Kites and Wild Rivers. They even did a song together. They all had such precision in voice control and amazing harmonies!!!

Magical, such amazing talent. Filled the space with amazing harmonies, musicianship and warmth. They should really have been booked at Winspear, imagine the sound in there!...not to mention, better seating and nightlines.
Personable intimate show, could have gone on for hours.

a fantastic event that so perfectly encapsulated the vibes of their first two eps, even though they won't being doing that specifically again (at least any time soon) i highly recommend seeing them live they were so kind and fantastic performers

Maybe THE best concert I have had in many years!
It was a superb playlist, outstanding vocal performance, and perfect harmony between the band members.
I hope they will have a concert in the Melbourne area in December or January! :-)
