Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter Ray LaMontagne returns to the stage on his Just Passing Through acoustic tour, highlighting songs from his vast and varying body of work. LaMontagne will be playing songs spanning across his albums including Trouble, Till The Sun Turns Black, Gossip in the Grain, God Willin’ & The Creek Don’t Rise, Supernova, Ouroboros, and Part Of The Light. On his previous solo tours, critics across the US were raving about his performance. He played Empty!!! We loved the show..true artist. Thanks for sharimg your stories about coming home. Also loved that I could purchase a signed, guitar string used from a previous performance & city. Mine was from a recent visit to Minneapolis. I have a bucket list of artists, now I can check your name on the list, but hoping to see you next time through Omaha.
Holland Center Omaha, NERay was great. Good variety of slow and upbeat (for him). Chicago theater was a bit of a let done (my first time) but it is still a good venue. Haven’t been to a concert where so many people walked back and forth, kind of annoying. Perhaps it was the crowd he brings, perhaps it the crowd the theater brings. But I’ll be back soon!
The Chicago Theatre Chicago, ILGregory and Ray both put on an incredible show. Both set lists were on point mixing plenty of new with a wonderful selection of past greats. Erin Rae was perfect as an opener, her voice is absolutely beautiful. So glad I made the effort to drive up to LA in rush hour traffic and stay out late on a work night!

Secret Sisters did a nice opening set and joined Ray for a few tunes as backup singers and added a lot to the set. "Americana" music at its best.
Steinmetz Hall at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts Orlando, FLFirst time at the venue and absolutely LOVE IT! Neko Case was such a treat. I definitely enjoyed her set. Ray was hands down an amazing live performer. Can’t even be made that he didn’t play any of his really old hits. He’s just that good. 12 yrs was worth the wait!
