With a guitar slung over his shoulder and the amps turned up full tilt, Anthony Gomes electrifies blues and rock at a 21st century crossroads of his own. The Canadian vocalist, guitarist, songwriter and producer wails with all the force of a hurricane in the Mississippi Delta and enough fret-burning fireworks to leave his strings in flames. Over the years, he’s toppled the Billboard Blues Chart at #1, earned the endorsement of legends such as B.B. King, tallied tens of millions of streams, and packed shows on multiple continents. In April 2025, Anthony Gomes is back with his much-anticipated 14th studio album, Praise the Loud, set for release on Rat Pak Records.

3rd time seeing the boys play and the first time in Glasgow. Love Oran Mor as a venue - probably my favourite venue! Never disappoint and once more left with a smile on my face, although I did have a crick in my neck from being at the front and having to watch them on a taller stage!
I will always go and see them when they visit Scotland and look forward to the next dates...

The show was amazing. Anthony was all business from the get go. The band has become an awesome thing to watch. They are all gelling together nicely. It was nice to see them all again. Can't wait for the next opportunity to see them live again. I'll be checking out the calendar. And the Redstone Room is a perfect venue for all live shows.

The Venue, was fabulous and the staff were excellent kind polite and vary informative. The show was great especially Anthony Gomes and his Band at the Venue, was so professional and and true Professional Artist the sound was crystal clear and not defining. Overall it was a truly magnificent evening and would highly recommend the Venue to young and old.

Holy sh*t! Anthony Gomes is a guitar warlock magic man. Pretty sure my soul left my body and came back healed at the Barrington IL Broken Oar show.
If you haven't seen this show, don't miss these guys when they're in your area.
There are few "stars" in the rock/blues scene these days, but Anthony is a modern day legend.

These guys are quite simply fantastic! Just know how to put on a show and get the crowd involved.
I had been looking forward to this night for ages after seeing them at Bannerman's in 2024 - a great wee venue. Cheap at half the price
If you get a chance you simply have to go and see them.
