Freddy Jones Band continues a landmark era into 2026. In a historic moment, In a Daydream was featured as part of the wake-up call music for the Artemis II mission, carrying the band’s music beyond Earth as it traveled around the moon—solidifying Freddy Jones Band as one of the few artists ever played in space. The band has released No Money in Vegas and is now slated to release a new version of the song "In a Daydream" featured during the Artemis II trip around the moon, reimagined from that historic journey. To celebrate this new chapter, the band continues touring with a mix of fan favorites like In a Daydream, Take the Time, Waitress, and Hold on to Midnight, alongside standout tracks from recent releases including Mirror Ball and Connected. These performances highlight a catalog that has remained relevant and resonant across decades. At the heart of the band is founding member Marty Lloyd, the creative force behind In a Daydream. His dedication is unmatched—missing just one show in over three decades. Alongside him is longtime member and bassist Rich Ross, whose experience with The Samples and deep roots in the band have helped shape its enduring sound. Now fully independent, the Freddy Jones Band continues to thrive creatively without the constraints of a major label.
